Description

After I did the kandi top hat necklace for the 4th of july contest prize package, I decided I wanted to make myself one. hehehe

So I came up with this little multicolored look with matching 3d star hair clips. Looks supper cute I think with pigtails. ;p

Just can't whip my head about to much or my head band goes flying off. lmao
